History
Monica A. Dionisio has been practicing family law since 2012. She believes everyone is entitled to direct and empathetic representation backed by aggressive litigation skills. After graduation, Ms. Dionisio practiced at Heroux Partners in Tulsa until 2013, when she joined Jon L. Hester, distinguished family law practitioner. After quickly establishing herself as an associate, she enjoyed mentorship and experience, ultimately becoming a named partner in Hester Schem Dionisio & Didier. In April 2022, Ms. Dionisio joined Lindsey Vanhooser Sherwood in partnership at Dionisio Sherwood, a firm focused exclusively on the practice of family law. Ms. Dionisio continues to provide the highest level of representation to her clients.
Lindsey Vanhooser Sherwood began practicing family law at her firm, Vanhooser Law Firm, and in November 2009 she was hired as Executive Director for Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma, Inc. In 2011 she resigned from that position to focus on her growing law practice. At that time she had the honor of working as an associate attorney at the Irish Law Firm, working and learning from Jennifer Irish. In 2016 she became a junior partner and in 2018 the firm's name was changed to Irish and Sherwood. In September of 2021, Mrs. Sherwood returned to private practice at her firm, the Sherwood Law Firm. Mrs. Sherwood continues practicing exclusively family law and is thrilled to have Monica Dionisio in partnership at Dionisio Sherwood effective 2022.
